Welcome to Sanghag's homegage!
I am an assistant professor of the department of sociology at Hanyang university in Seoul, Korea. I am also working as research associate in the department of psychological & brain sciences at the University of Iowa. I received my Ph.D. degree in the department of sociology at the University of Iowa (Dissertation: Sociological Studies on Happiness in Cross-National Contexts: Effects of Economic Inequality and Marriage).
My areas of interest include social psychology, human development and socialization, sociology of mental health, Inequality, and quantitative methods. Particularly, my research projects focus on the topics such as happiness, psychopathology, nature vs. nurture debate, and socialization process.
